Instead, I think the zine is about the people from each events connect to each other. In other words, what is the central history behind each of the participants and how do they connect? The zine looks at over twenty events, so I would focus on a few if I chose to answer that question.
Moreover, the zine looks at what each group is fighting for, but I think the compiler, Conrad, poses the question: "Is what each group fighting for really that different?" Personally, I don't think so, but that would be another cool research question to look at it.
If I chose to look at the zine from a literary rather than a substance viewpoint, I could look at the writing style put into each event (the compiler actually plagiarized and took excerpts from different authors who are not given credit...). This could help draw more connections and could answer questions about differences among queer writing.
Overall, I think this zine really helps me answer quite a few questions. I just have to choose which to answer.
If you want to read the zine, here it is:

I think your zine and research questions are really unique. Some more questions you could consider is why the author chose to plagiarize those excerpts. Does the absence of identifying different authors of the excerpts emphasize the similarity between the events? And rather than looking at the literary viewpoint as separate from a substance viewpoint, you can also analyze how the writing styles support or detract from the substance of the excerpts. You pointed how the events highlight the central history behind the participants. Another aspect you could examine is how that central history and connections help one movement progress to another.
I think that the direction that you are planning to take with your zine is really interesting. I would focus on how the interpersonal relationships between the people from each events. I guess a possible research questions that would be useful is to see how the similarities and differences between each event gives us meaning on the development of queer pasts and can help us determine more on queer futures. I feel like the most important part about Queer Practices is the focus on relationships between different groups and people. As Melody brought up, another potential question you could bring up is how these movements are related to each other in the broader aspect of Queer development.
